Welcome to Ms. Knoll's First Grade Humanities Classroom!

Welcome to FIRST grade. Mrs. Kilker and I will be your child's first grade teachers. We are so excited about the opportunity to share our kids this year.

Let me start off by sharing a little bit about myself.  I graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead MN with my Bachelor's in Education. I then went on to receive my Masters of Education through Winona State University. In my spare time, I love to be with Family and Friends. I also love to travel.

I will be teaching an integrated humanities block with your child this year. This time will focus on Action 100, Social Studies, Character Education, and Service Learning. Our hope with humanities is to create globally minded citizens.

Mrs. Kilker and I are thrilled to have your child in our classrooms. It is very important that you play an active role in your child’s education. It is our hope that we can work as a team to make this year successful. Our promise to you is that we will consistently put the best interest of your child first, keep you informed about your child’s growth and classroom activities, and always welcome your input and support. If you have concerns, questions, or want to check in with us regarding your student, we encourage you to set up a meeting. Please do not hesitate to contact us Danielle Knoll Angie Kilker. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.

We are looking forward to a great year!
